I HAVE DOGS AND SMALL CHILDREN. DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT NAILS AND DEBRIS IN MY YARD AFTER MY ROOF IS REPLACED?
Our roofing teams go the extra mile to keep your property clean and protected. After completing a roof installation, we thoroughly scan the area with magnets to collect any metal debris. During shingle removal, we place tarps around the perimeter to catch any falling materials. Along with the tarping, we use our Catch-All system to protect flower beds and also have an Equipter for use as well. We also safeguard vulnerable areas such as siding, hot tubs, and landscaping to prevent any damage. We take pride in leaving your property just as pristine as it was before we started the roofing project.
HOW DOES INSURANCE WORK?
-
In the event of a storm that brings hail or high winds and compromises the integrity of your home, a Next Generation Roofing expert will provide a free property assessment. They will carefully evaluate the damage and work with both you and your insurance adjuster to ensure all damages are fully covered by your insurance before moving forward with any repairs or replacements.
CAN MY ROOF BE REPAIRED OR DOES IT NEED TO BE REPLACED?
-
This depends on several factors. Leaks often occur around metal flashing where roof components like vents, pipe jacks, chimneys, or valleys are installed. If the shingles are in good condition and the issue is localized to these areas, repairs can typically be made without needing a full roof replacement. However, if large sections of shingles are curling or significantly worn down, a full roof replacement is usually the better option.
HOW LONG DOES A ROOF REPLACEMENT TAKE?
-
Most asphalt roof replacements are finished in a single day. However, larger or more complex roofs may require extra days to complete. If a project extends beyond one day, our crews and Job Site Supervisor ensure the roof is watertight before leaving the job site.
